We welcome you to our property and intend to do our best to make your stay at Yellowstone Valley Inn as enjoyable as possible.
Our quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m. in respect for all of our lodging and RV guests.
Cabin & Rooms CHECK IN:
Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
RV Park CHECK IN:
Check in is noon and check out is 11:00 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited. $200.00 minimum fee for smoking in any of our cabins, rooms, bath house, hot tub or main lodge including the bar, restaurant and cafe.
Pet Policy for Cabins & Rooms:
Your small pets are welcome in our designated pet friendly cabins. $10.00 per night/per pet. No more than two pets accepted. Pets up to 20lbs only in select pet friendly cabins.
Pets must be leashed and picked up after. Pets must not be left unattended in your room or anywhere on the premises.
No pets are allowed in the Hotel or Lodge rooms.
Cabin, Hotel and RV Cancellations
If cancelled UP TO 7 days prior to arrival a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to rooms and a $30.00 cancellation fee to RV’s.
If cancelled WITHIN 7 days of arrival a one night's deposit will be forfeited.
All reservations (Cabins, Hotel and RV Sites) require a one night’s deposit.
No discounts for RV clubs unless property notified by phone at the time of booking.
Damage & Loss Policy:
Any damages or stolen items from our premises will be charged to the customer in full. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicles or equipment. We are not liable for any items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask that you make sure your valuables are secured.
We are NOT responsible for any and all accidents or injuries to our guests during your stay here at Yellowstone Valley Inn. We are also NOT responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
