RV Resort/Campground Management Offices
As we work to maintain healthy resorts, we are implementing social distancing protocols for our Lodge, which is open by appointment only.
- Please call our office in advance of your arrival or check out. All payments may be made on your account prior to your arrival. All check in paperwork will be delivered to you for signatures.
- Have questions during your stay? Please call the office rather than visiting in person. If you have a concern that is not resolved by telephone, please make an appointment to visit the office as we are limiting the number of people in the lodge.
- If you are under the weather, we ask that you please follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local public health officials and remain at your site, and do not visit the office or common areas of the resort.
If you have any questions or need to make changes to your reservation, call our Front Desk at (307) 587-3961. If the line is busy, please leave a message and we will call you as soon as possible.
Property Changes
We continue to follow guidance from local health departments, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and county- and state-based orders. This may result in property closures or changes in your reservation. Should your reservation be impacted by a local ordinance, you will be notified by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this changing landscape together.
Events and Amenities
As part of our effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our indoor amenities, playgrounds, fitness center, swimming pool, and hot tub. The status of these closures may change as allowed. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you understand these decisions were made in the interest of the greater community and out of concern for the health of all.
We ask that when utilizing other outdoor amenities that remain open, please follow social distancing protocols, including gathering in groups of 10 or less and staying at least 6 feet away from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is always a top priority. The resorts’ common areas are cleaned daily as part of our normal course of business. We will increase the frequency and extent of cleanings. Our team members have received additional training and information regarding cleaning procedures and safety. Our daily housekeeping services may be impacted.
Lastly, we encourage you to stay up to date with the latest information by referring to the CDC and local health department for the latest information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work together to keep our communities and resorts healthy.
