Reservation Terms & Conditions
By booking “On Line” you agree to the following.
- The deposit is equal to a one-night fee plus tax and a $7.00 reservation fee at the time of making the reservation.
- Cancellation Clause: Once you make your reservation you are subject to a cancellation fee equal to a 1-night reservation fee, tax, and reservation fee of $7.00. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
- There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows.
- Your reservation is subject to a $15.00 change fee, if applicable.
- When making your reservation, please note the maximum number of people per room. Exceeding this number will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
- Pets allowed at no additional cost with a pet disclaimer signed at time of check-in for Pet Friendly Rooms only.
- We also offer a 10% Military/Veteran discount on rooms. (We appreciate your service to our wonderful Country!) You will need to show proof of your discount at the time of check-in.
- While breakfast is no longer included in your room reservation due to the continual rise in food costs, our Coffee Bar is open 7 days a week with pastries and hot and cold food choices.
Please note that the deposit and cancellation policy above (#1/#2) apply only to web site or phone reservations directly to Yellowstone Valley Inn & RV Park.
All bookings made through Expedia (et al) or Booking.com require full payment to these entities at the time of booking with a zero-refund cancellation policy.
